Massage
can remind you of what it feels like to be relaxed, flexible
and at ease with your body. I assess which areas need to be
released and use a combination of Swedish, deep tissue strokes
and stretching to return your body to optimal health and well-being.
When
you use your body inefficiently, different muscle groups become
tight and contracted. Without equal stretching and exercise,
this may lead to decreased movement at your joints, and eventually
to poor posture. I use compassionate, healthy touch to make
you more aware of your body and help to correct these problems.
Massage space is a safe and confidential place for the healing
you may need to do. I can also refer you to other professional
resources if you need them.
